Yea Cruise Night

Yea Cruise Night was created as a casual gathering for car enthusiasts in the Yea area. A get together for like-minded car lovers to show off their vehicles whilst supporting local businesses once a month in Daylight Savings times. Since our first event in December 2021, participant numbers have grown substantially. We regularly have 200+ cars parked all along Yea’s picturesque
main thoroughfare, High Street. Yea has a beautiful wide centre median and it’s a great spot to grab a bite to eat from our local eateries and picnic while you watch the classics cruising by.

We welcome any type of enthusiast vehicle regardless of age, make or model. Cars, motorcycles, trucks, tractors! If it’s your pride and joy, bring it along.

Yea Cruise Night is now run under the auspices of Yea Community House. We love supporting our local businesses and inviting our local community to spend a casual evening enjoying the sights and sounds of classic vehicles from days gone by.

Yea Cruise Night is held on the second Saturday of the month, from 6pm - 9pm, from October through to March.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES!

Please note that parking on the central plantation is not permitted. Murrindindi Shire Council have installed permanent bollards at some points around the Plantation to restrict any vehicle movement onto the grass. Please only park in designated car parks. This includes not parking in the V line bus stop near the fountain.

We understand that the popularity of the event means that numbers sometimes exceed the number of spaces right in town so we ask you to be patient and do the right thing. Our minor road closures begin at 4pm and conclude at 9pm. We will usher cars into these spaces at our discretion. Please be advised by YCN Event Crew and ATC Traffic staff.

If you’re attending the event in your daily driver, please try to park in a side street. There’s lots of parking behind FoodWorks Yea and at the Recreation Reserve in Snodgrass Street which is a short walk to High Street. If you’re traveling a distance to attend, be aware of potential potholes and wildlife on country roads.

We are looking forward to seeing you all again in 25/26!
